Returns

We hope you are 100% fully satisfied by your purchase--but if you aren’t, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If the return is received and approved within 30 days, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Returns made after 30 days will be pending approval and store credit will be issued. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the tags remaining. Please read the following return conditions.

Return conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase if return is within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit if the return is received after 30 days of purchase.
  • Your return must be received within 30 days of purchase. Your refund or store credit will be issued only after the return is received, inspected, and approved.
  • Returns should be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags still attached. 
  • Please include the original packing slip or order number and contact information with your return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Footwear returns must be returned in the original shoebox in the condition it was received. 
  • When returning footwear the shoebox must be packaged in another box to protect the shoe box. *Do not affix a shipping label directly to the shoe box!
  • You may use the shipping service of your choice to return your items. 

Return process:

    1. Ensure your return meets the criteria listed above in “Return conditions.”
    2. Email us at thecalmxcollected@gmail.com and let us know the item(s) you wish to return. Include your order number, name, email address, and reason for return.
    3. You will receive an email with a link and instructions for your return label.
    4. Once your package is received and the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
